Comments: The room was really good but unfortunatly there was often a smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby, the lift and also in my bedroom (no.111). The hotel should be 100% smoke free, at least it should have non-smoking floors. The breakfast coffee from the machine was not very good. Overall I enjoyed my stay in your hotel. Thank you.

Comments: The week before our arrival I wrote an email in order to confirm the stimate check-in time and I didn't get an answer. The room smelled of tobbaco a little bit

Comments: I stayed in room 108 which is just above the main entrance and revolving door. The noise from the door woke me very early as did the fact that my phone in my room rang for some reason, almost like a wake up call, which I didn't order.
Noise waas definately a problem.

Thank you for the comments. We checked our wake-up call system and indeed no wake-up call was set for 108, maybe somebody dialed by mistake.
